• Newsletter assistance - fold and stuff envelope, 4 times per year.

• Social media team - design engaging posts.

• IT - help with technical stuff.

• Office/receptionist relief.

• Volunteer peer counselor (training provided)- pregnancy and post-abortive.

• Cherish Seniors Program - support vulnerable seniors in our community.
